The new OK of Challenge 2023 has been actively planning for almost a year. We are happy to invite you to the Challenge which will be taking place from March 30th to April 2nd, 2023 in a secret Swiss ski resort located 2-3 hours from both Zurich and Lausanne by train and 1.5 – 2.5 hours from both schools by car.
The Challenge is the famous four-day ski and snowboard competition between ETH Zurich and EPF Lausanne. While the students compete on the slopes to bring their school to victory, former participants, Ph.D. students, professors and sponsor representatives can support the students in a friendly and familiar environment or compete in the Alumni Races where one can win great prizes. Moreover, on Saturday afternoon there will be a networking event on the slopes, which is a great way for you to get in touch with members across the schools, as well as with some of our sponsors.
Professors/VIP
We made reservations for two different Hotels.
- The comfortable option is approximately 17min by car from the Challenge’s main accommodation/event area and a 20min car ride from the skiing area.
- The luxurious option is only 3min by car from the main accommodation/event area and 6min from the skiing area. Usage of wellness, sport and Wi-Fi is included.
Breakfast is for both Hotels included. The shuttle for both hotels to the slopes and the event area will be provided by us. Since the hotels are only available for professors and VIP’s, you have to enter the following registration code:

The accommodation of the PhD’s is located close to the main accommodation/event area. Since the PhD house is only available for PhD’s, you have to enter the following registration code:
